1. Personal Data Collection Coffee Raccoon is designed for privacy. We do not require accounts, nor do we collect your name, email, or precise GPS location. Most game data (high scores and settings) is stored locally on your device.

2. Advertising & Analytics (Third-Party SDKs) We use third-party services to keep Beans caffeinated (and the game free). These partners may collect Device Identifiers (IDFA), IP Addresses, and Event Data (e.g., when you finish a level) to provide personalized ads and measure performance.

• Google AdMob: Provides in-game advertising.
• Meta SDK: Used for ad attribution and optimization.
• TikTok SDK: Used to measure the effectiveness of our TikTok ads.
• RevenueCat: Manages your "Remove Ads" purchases via anonymized receipts.

3. Legal Basis (GDPR/UK GDPR) For users in the UK and EEA, we process your data based on your Explicit Consent. We use a Consent Management Platform to ensure no data is sent to the SDKs above until you give us the "OK".

4. Game Center Leaderboards are handled exclusively by Apple Game Center and are governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

5. Your Rights & Opt-Out

• Withdraw Consent: You can change your "Beans’ Cult Updates" or ad preferences at any time in the in-game Settings.
• Device Level: Use iOS settings (Privacy > Tracking) to "Ask App Not to Track."
• Data Rights: You have the right to request access to or deletion of data collected by our partners. Since we don't use accounts, these requests are typically handled via your IDFA.
